Membership Type

Qualifications

Certified Fraud Examiner

Must be a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) who is in good standing.  CFE members are eligible to vote and hold office in the Chapter. 

Associate Member

Must be an Associate Member of the ACFE who is in good standing. Chapter associates are eligible to vote and hold office in the Chapter.

Affiliates/Guests of the Chapter

An Affiliate is not required to be a member of the ACFE. Chapter Affiliates are not eligible to vote or hold office in the Chapter; however, they may hold committee positions.

Full-Time Student

Full-time student enrolled in a degree granting program of an accredited college or university, and whose major is in the field of accounting, criminal justice, law or other course of study deemed acceptable to the Board of Directors.  Student Members may not vote or hold office in the Chapter.

***IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS:  If you are renewing your chapter membership, you do NOT have to resubmit an application unless you need to update the information currently on file (e.g., change membership type, contact information, certifications recently acquired, etc.).  If there are no updates, simply select the appropriate RENEWAL payment option for your membership type.
